Blisterpack Product Line
Blisterpack is a world wide used term for several types of pre-formed plastic or aluminium packaging used for tablets, capsules and any other solid form.The two primary components of a blister pack are the cavity or pocket made from a “formable” web, either plastic or aluminium – and the lidding, made from paper, carton, plastic or aluminium. The “formed” cavity or pocket contains the product and the “lidding” seals the product in the package.
Aluminum Blister Foil
Foil designed to work in high performance blister machinery, in compliance with FDA regulations and DMF available. From 15 mc to 25 mc, hard and sof t temple, printed or unprinted, laquered for specific printing systems such as Rotogravure, Flexo, UV, CSAT or digital.
Sealable to PVC, PVdC, PP, PET, and Cold Form Blisters.
Ideal for all products that do not require the protection of a standard blister, 23% lighter than a 20 µm blister, sealing layer identical to a standard blister, the MVTR barrier is much more positive than PVC / PVdC (five times better), optical and technical barrier: very good with printing, sustainable solution with renewable raw material paper and thermal sealing lacquer of 5 g / m² instead of 7 g / m² (compared to the standard blister cover sheet).

Plastic Structures made by the following components, a forming material (PVC), a barrier to water vapor atructure (PVdC) + the sealing (PE). FDA approved specifications.

Cold Forming Foil
Printed or unprinted trilaminate cold forming structure (OPA/ALU/PVC). Offers an absolute barrier to eliminate water vapor and light transfer to the drug.

Suppository and Ovule Packaging Line
This line is conformed by materials to effectively protect suppositories, ovules and other pharmaceutical forms of rectal or vaginal introduction. The products are of solid consistency and conic form.
Strip pack foil. This material is capable to seal to itself and provides an excellent barrier. Ideal for hygroscopic solutions in compliance with FDA regulation.

This line offers a wide range of flexible structures for lids that complement containers for dairy products (yogurt, cheese, butter, custard, etc.), single-dose food (jam, goat-milk spreads, honey), confectionery and pasteurized beverages (juice, sports drinks).
We offer specific material solutions for different sized aluminum lids and/or functional rolls for FFS (Form/Fill/Seal) machines.
